According to Donald Chu, itīs best for you to do your plyometric workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, to allow your muscles a chance to recover. If you donīt, it could actually tear down your muscles, rather than build them up. And donīt worry about not getting exercise the other days. Once the season starts, most high school games are played on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays, anyway!
