Tip of the Week

Sometimes, especially at the lower levels, you can throw off your opponent´s hitting concentration by making a quick rush for the net, then retreating very quickly to drop back. The initial rush to the net sometimes makes the opposing hitter think just a little too much about where to hit, and it causes them to make an error.

You´ll have to "sell it," though, so they really think you´re about to put up a wall for them to hit through.
