Robbie Kilby, One-Man Volleyball Team
Robbie Kilby is a motivational speaker and one-man volleyball team. He does both well, especially playing volleyball. As of August 1998, he'd won 5,197 matches in a row.
That's pretty good for a guy who's only 6' 2", nearly totally deaf in one ear and half deaf in the other, with eyesight so bad an opponent standing across the net from him appears only as a blur.
